Teams with mixed levels
A beginner and an advanced speaker can draw on the same hours. Every lesson is planned for the person in it.
Shared Hour Bank · Lima, Peru & online
For teams that need flexibility: different levels, changing schedules, business travel. You buy the hours once, and each employee books one-to-one lessons when they need them.
How it works
The company holds the hours; employees use them for private lessons around their own work. HR gets a report every month.
21, 42 or 81 hours, paid in advance. You receive an official Peruvian electronic receipt (recibo por honorarios electrónico).
Each person arranges their lessons with Elizabeth on WhatsApp, at times that suit them. Nothing for HR to coordinate.
Online, at your office or at the employee's home in most of Lima, at the same rate. Each lesson is planned for the person taking it, whatever their level.
Mix 1-hour and 1.5-hour lessons freely. Any remaining half hour can be used as a shorter final lesson.
Hours used, progress, strengths and points to reinforce, so HR can see where the hours are going.
Who it suits
